Guaranteed Seats Together

To qualify, passport details MUST be submitted no later than 35 days before departure via My Booking.

Use the numbers from your HAY- reference and your date of birth.

TOP TIP: Select “Add Passport Information” and complete only the required fields (*).

Boarding passes with seats together will be issued within 28 days of travel. Applies only to passengers on the same booking reference.

If details are not submitted in time, this offer will not apply. For bookings within 35 days of departure, we will try our best but cannot guarantee seats together.

Seats may be next to, near or across the aisle. Seat numbers cannot be chosen and extra legroom seats cost extra.

Transfers & Baggage

Transfers are included on beach holidays. City breaks may incur an additional charge.
