Meet Joe Biggs – Your Personal Holiday Advisor

Hello and welcome, my name is Joe Biggs, and I would love to be your Personal Holiday Advisor. I help customers across the UK and Ireland plan and book everything from beach holidays with Jet2holidays and easyJet holidays to cruises, city breaks and tailor-made trips worldwide — all delivered with expert, award-winning service.

I started my travel career in 2007, completing an apprenticeship and NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Travel and Tourism Services with TUI. After two years as an apprentice, I moved into management, creating perfect holidays for customers for a further three years.

In 2012, my sights turned skywards, and I pursued my dream of becoming Cabin Crew. After eight weeks of intensive training, I joined Virgin Atlantic and later British Airways, travelling the world — from Barbados to Bangkok, and from San Francisco to Sydney. In 2018, I really missed creating perfect holidays for my customers, so I launched my own travel business as a Personal Holiday Advisor. I am backed by Constant Travel, established in 2005 and part of the Hays Travel Independence Group.

Working from my home office in Barnsley, South Yorkshire, I help customers locally and across the UK and Ireland find and book their perfect holidays at a time that suits them. There are no queues or distractions — I offer a personal, independent service focused entirely on you. I search and compare all leading tour operators, including Jet2holidays, TUI and easyJet holidays, as well as major cruise lines, to secure the best deals. I am ABTA and ATOL protected, so you can book with confidence.

In 2023, my business celebrated its 5th birthday and I welcomed Olivia to the team. Olivia brings a wealth of travel experience, having previously worked with Jet2holidays and TUI. That year, I was also awarded ‘Best Homeworker – Silver’ at the Jet2holidays VIP Travel Agent Conference in Antalya.

In 2024, I was named ‘Home-Based Agent of the Year’ at the TTG Travel Awards in London and won ‘Top Non-Retail Agent – Gold’ at the Jet2holidays VIP Travel Agent Conference in Paphos.

In 2025, I was proud to be named ‘Leisure Agent of the Year (Home or Call Centre Based)’ at the Travel Weekly Agent Achievement Awards and retained ‘Top Non-Retail Agent – Gold’ at the Jet2holidays Non-Retail Summit in Leeds. We also welcomed our second team member, Becca, who has over 19 years’ experience, including roles at TUI, The Co-operative Travel, and Thomas Cook.
